We all know that Mothers Day can be a difficult day for stepmoms. It can be an especially hard for stepmoms who play a huge motherly role in their stepkids lives, yet when Mother’s day comes around they feel left out and unappreciated.

I get it. I have been there.

But whether you are celebrated on Mother’s Day or not… why not nourish and treat yourself the way we treat others in our life?

What about taking this day to acknowledge yourself and all you do for your family?

Look, Mother’s Day is just a day. It really is.

But knowing your worth, and celebrating yourself on this day and everyday can make all the difference.
