This is my story. Sometimes when you want to look forward, you need to look back. I know that sounds counterproductive but it’s the truth. We don’t realize how our past, our childhood, the messages we’ve received, the trauma we’re experienced and the unhealed wounds that we have, impact how we perceive the world in the present time.
Often, to really level up and move forward in your life, you need to heal that past trauma and tend to those past wounds .
That’s what this episode is all about. This week I share my thoughts on personal development and what it really takes to make the change.
I talk about how my experiences in my childhood and with my parents divorce results in anxiety, anger and control issues that I didn’t fully understand until the last few years.
This is probably the most vulnerable I’ve ever gotten on the podcast. Here we go.
