Last week was my birthday.

I turned 36 and for some reason, 36 was a big one for me. Something about being closer to 40 than I am to 30 freaks me out a bit.

In this episode, I reflect on the last year and how I feel coming out of it having met zero of my goals.

Zero.

But it wasn’t all a loss, because I learned some big lessons and grew a lot as a person.
