Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: To cancel your membership please follow these steps:
Login to your account.
Go to OPTIONS in the top right hand corner and click SETTINGS.
Click CREDIT CARD INFO.
Cancel your active subscriptions.

Q: Why is everything in USD?
A: Jamie‚Äôs clients are from all over the globe. In order to simplify the check-out process and accommodate stepmoms internationally, we choose a currency that is universally accepted. The majority of members are from the US.

Q: I bought the ebook but didn’t download it – where can I find it?
A: If you login to your account (sent to you when you purchased the ebook) you will be able to download another copy.
